The M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 12.0Ah Battery delivers 50% more power than the HIGH OUTPUT™ 12.0Ah Battery, with high-speed cooling when paired with M18™ chargers with COOL-CYCLE functionality for less downtime in high-demand applications, 35 minute supercharge to 80%, and the longest life vs standard REDLITHIUM™ batteries. REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ are Milwaukee's most powerful, fastest charging, and longest life batteries. The M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 12.0Ah Battery is COOL-CYCLE capable, with this Active Cooling System providing high-speed cooling for maximising efficiency for less downtime. An upgraded venting design maximises active cooling, while a patented ingress coating provides a protection barrier against water and debris. When paired with the M18™ Dual Bay Super Charger (M18DBSC), the M18FB12 charges to 80% in 35 minutes, and 100% in 45 minutes, allowing users to maximise productivity. This lithium-ion battery has the longest life, the most recharges, and maintains ultimate performance over the life of the battery. The battery is also designed with a resistant housing for increased protection against exposure to common oils, greases, and solvents. Built-in REDLINK™ Intelligence protects the battery from overloads, preventing users from damaging their cordless power tools in heavy-duty situations. All Milwaukee M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ batteries are compatible with all M18™ chargers. To achieve the fastest charging speeds for your M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ batteries, use the M18™ Dual Bay Super Charger (M18DBSC).
COOL-CYCLE™ is enabled when the M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 8.0Ah and 12.0Ah batteries are used with M18™ Dual Bay Super Charger (M18DBSC). This will enable the batteries to be cooled while they charge, meaning the batteries can start charging instantly even if they come straight off the tool hot. M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ 8.0Ah and 12.0Ah batteries can also be charged on any other M18™ charger as per usual.
Combining advanced hardware and software, REDLINK™ Intelligence enables advanced communication between your M18™ REDLITHIUM™ FORGE™ batteries and tools to protect against over-surging.
