If you are experiencing an issue with your Milwaukee Tool, please return it to the retailer you purchased it from with your proof of purchase. If the tool fault identified is within the Milwaukee Warranty Guidelines, a warranty claim can be initiated.

The time it will take to repair your tool depends on the freight time to our Milwaukee Service Centre and the required work. We will endeavour to get the tool back to you as quickly as possible and keep you updated throughout the repair process.
Once you have submitted your claim, we will update you via text message or email. If a spare part is delayed or it takes longer to repair your tool than usual, we will let you know via text message.
If you cannot locate proof of purchase and have purchased by card, please take your card statement to the retailer you bought your tool from to re-print a copy.
We prefer that you don't send the accessories with your tool, as we cannot guarantee their return. However, if you're unsure what caused the fault, include all accessories used when the tool failed (e.g., plug-in leads, blades, sanding pads). This will enable our technicians to perform a thorough diagnostic and ensure your tool is returned in full working condition.
We cannot provide loan tools, but we aim to return your tool within 5 business days (pending availability of spare parts).
You can order most Milwaukee spare parts from your local Milwaukee Tool authorised retailer. Any repairs conducted by a third party may void your tool’s warranty.
The warranty on batteries and chargers is 12 months, but it can be extended to 3 years if you register the product online through your account.
